Joint Otsego/Delaware County Bar Association Dinner to Honor J. Mugglin

The Delaware & Otsego County Bar Associations are inviting members and guests to join in honoring The Honorable Carl J. Mugglin, Justice of the Appellate Division, 3rd Department, on the occasion of his retirement.
